Executed in a terra cotta clay body and fired with a lithium matte glaze to cone 03, several of these pieces incorporate luster firings; others a post-firing application of copper leaf patina. Re-using discarded building materials and integrating found objects to construct settings for objects grounds them within an environment that evokes a sense of time and theatricality.
